CIRCOR International to Acquire Swelore Engineering and Hiro Nisha Systems in India

BURLINGTON, Mass.: CIRCOR International, Inc., a KKR portfolio company and global manufacturer of flow control products for industrial and aerospace markets, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Swelore Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Hiro Nisha Systems Pvt. Ltd., two established Indian pump manufacturers with more than 50 years of combined experience in critical applications across the Chemical, Water/Wastewater, and Oil & Gas sectors.

Through this acquisition, CIRCOR International will add diaphragm metering pumps, dosing packages, and high-pressure reciprocating pumps to its existing industrial product line.

CIRCOR International Expands Industrial Portfolio in India

The move will strengthen the company’s footprint in the high-growth Indian market and unlock additional global growth opportunities by leveraging CIRCOR’s worldwide commercial and operational network.

The deal is expected to close in the third or fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

Integration with Allweiler India

Once completed, Swelore and Hiro Nisha will integrate into Allweiler India, CIRCOR’s existing pumps business. The addition will broaden the company’s offerings beyond screw and centrifugal pumps, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Indian market.

Hiren Mistry, Senior Director & GM, India Pumps, stated that the combined teams will work together to deliver expanded solutions to customers.

Chirantan Gajjar, Managing Director of Swelore Engineering, and Royal Gajjar, Managing Director of Hiro Nisha Systems, expressed pride in joining CIRCOR’s global platform, emphasizing shared values of technical excellence, reliability, and innovation.

Post-acquisition, employees from Swelore and Hiro Nisha will become part of CIRCOR’s broad-based ownership program, enabling them to participate in equity ownership. The existing promoters will remain in leadership roles to support smooth integration and future growth.
